PARTS SUPPLY - Working with Slurrytech as your component provider gives your site reduced cost by employing your choice of the following technology and services:

  • Patent Pending Ceramax ceramic parts which offers superior performance and safety enhancements while fitting into the same footprint as your existing 'AH' pump, thus simplifying installation. Ceramax parts are available from 3/2 through to 12/10AH series pumps.

  • CIS Shaft Sleeves. Proprietary ceramic infused coating systems for sealing protection against wear and corrosion. Proven field benefits over other coated or hard faced welding technology.

  • WRC (Wear Repair Ceramic). Proprietary formulation repair compound to give 3 to 6 times the performance of other brands. Extreme high Silicon Carbide loading to 80% gives unmatched performance and can outlast parent materials.

  • Protection against obsolescence by original equipment manufacturers - Slurrytech range of pumps and parts match your existing 'AH' equipment, protect yourself against OEM price hikes to force upgrades.

  • Replacement parts which come in a variety of material grades including ceramic, high chrome alloy and elastomers. You can repair or upgrade the trim of your existing AH equipment at a lower cost than parts from your original equipment manufacturer.

  • Expert advice from over 25 years industry experience. We can identify your sites components need for effective operation.

  • Pump selection and system design made easy through use of Slurrytech Curve Engine. Allows real time changes to operating conditions to be reflected directly in the performance curve.

  • Targeted parts stocking and enhanced parts life to minimize downtime.

  • Technology improvements resulting in field proven 5 to 30 times wear life benefits. We are the only slurry pump provider that can make and back up these claims with proven application and client references.

  • Unmatched client support, including cost-effective equipment rebuilds and on-site visits.

PUMP DESIGN - At Slurrytech we target the 3 main areas of slurry pump design with proven performance improvements:

Pump Wet End

  • Ceramic parts - Field proven life improvements of between 5 to 30 times.

  • Sustained Efficiency (SE) design - Sustained Efficiency impeller designs for enhanced performance over time.

  • Interchangeable - OEM AH series parts interchange with Slurrytech parts.

Pump Sealing

  • Ceramic infused shaft sleeves - Field proven life improvements of between 2 to 6 times.

  • Ceramic expeller seal - Standard design expeller seals modified and enhanced for exceptional wear and corrosion resistance. Field proven life improvements of between 5 to 40 times.

  • Mechanical sealing - Market leading AES HDDSS seals directly fit to non modified design for simplicity of parts carrying and proven performance. Field proven mechanical seal life improvements linked to enhanced wet end life and reduced seal disruption.

Pump Drive End

  • Ceramic parts - Pioneering new ceramic bearing technologies in existing bear frame designs. Why change out to a highly modified non standard design?

  • Labyrinth sealing - Option to fit labyrinth sealing to wet end bearing for addition protection from contamination ingress.

PUMP PERFORMANCE - At Slurrytech we target the following areas of slurry pump operation for enhanced performance and reduced costs:

Performance Audits

  • System Design - Perform calculations with Slurrytech Curve Engine to review system design. One case undertaken for a client showed significant problems with pipe sizing and solids feed densification. Modified intake design achieved 3 times life benefit.

  • Pump Trim - Ensuring that the pump trim (design and materials) match the duty requirements.

  • Drive Systems - Belt drive systems typically found on slurry pumps can be high maintenance and cost items. Drive Cost Analysis allows us to identify these problem areas and to reduce the cost with Leverlink technology.

  • Instrumentation - Ensure that supporting instrumentation gives accurate feedback on system performance. Many benefits and improvements are lost without correct measurement.

Parts Rationalisation

  • Wet End Components - Parts are reviewed for duty conditions and where possible designs and materials are rationalised across duties for maximum commonality and resultant stocking, interchange ability and usage benefits. You don't need to get lost in the part number jungle, we know what all those numbers mean.

  • Sealing Systems - Seal systems are reviewed and recommendation made for life and performance enhancements as well as standardisation of feed system designs.
