  • CR Multistage Pumps

Grundfos Pumps Vertical Multistage High Pressure Series includes: CR /CRE / CRI / CRIE / CRN / CRNE / CRT Models

The CRE pump is a CR pump, motor and integrated variable frequency drive. The CRE pump is a system which is able to solve application problems and save energy.

The basic CR pump range, which can be applied in almost any industrial solution, is already in itself the broadest range available. Through our modular approach, we have made it even broader.

The basic CR pump range is available in four different materials: cast iron, two grades of stainless steel, and all-titanium. There are eleven flow sizes, capable of producing up to almost 725 psi pressure, and with a variety of shaft seals, rubber materials and supply voltages.

Pump parts which are typically vulnerable to difficult liquids or particularly demanding operating conditions can be optimized for their purpose and designed for specific requirements.

  • CM / CME Multistage Pumps

Grundfos CM / CME pump has been created with compactness, flexibility and reliability as its central features. This horizontal multistage close-coupled pump is a compact, reliable and quiet pump designed to work in a variety of applications.

The difference between the CM and the CME pump ranges is the motor. CM pumps are fitted with mains-operated motors, whereas the motors for CME pumps have an integrated frequency converter and PID controller.

A Grundfos engineered mechanical shaft seal has been designed to eliminate industry-wide problems with shaft seals sticking where SIC-SIC seal faces are used. The solution builds on both the implementation of a rotation stop on the stationary ring and different surface finishing on both the stationary and rotating rings.

The CM and CME pumps are available in cast iron or stainless steel:
AISI 304/DIN 1.4301 stainless steel for water and non-corrosive liquids
AISI 316/DIN 1.4401 stainless steel offers

  • CME Plus Multistage Pumps

Grundfos CME Plus pumps are built on the basis of CME pumps. In addition to the features of a standard CME, the CME plus includes a pressure sensor, expansion tank, and discharge piping making it a complete package ready for constant pressure applications.

The CME Plus provides constant water pressure for a variety of domestic applications. This means that the end-user is no longer bothered by fluctuations in water pressure due to a rise or fall in demand, or from pump starts and stops. CME Plus keeps the pressure within the home up regardless of usage. The constant pressure feature provides the benefit of increased comfort.

In addition the CME Plus makes it possible to personalize the water pressure. By the touch of a button the pressure level is increased or decreased as desired.

The CME Plus incorporates a stop function ensuring that the pump automatically stops if the water demand drops to a very low level or disappears altogether. The method gives good total operating economy irrespective of the water demand, and the pump is not subjected to overheating and the subsequent risk of damage to the shaft seal.

  • DDI Series

Grundfos Dosing DDI series is well established on the dosing pump market with its combination of innovative drive technology and integrated microelectronics. Users appreciate how they can simply enter the required dosing rate in liters per hour and let the DDI handle the rest.

Compact design - DDI pumps are smaller and quieter than conventional pumps in their class, making them easy to install anywhere. Order your DDI with the control and display interface on the side or front as you wish.

Turndown ratio 1:800 - The DDI 222 AR has a turndown ratio ten times better than that of traditional equipment, allowing us to create a complete pump series with just one motor, one gearing system, and two pump head sizes. You get the precision you want every time - and need only a minimum of spare parts and storage capacity.

Full stroke length every time - The DDI series use a full stroke length every time - a feature unique to Grundfos dosing pumps. Each stroke is carefully timed to bring you even concentrations in the system and optimal priming throughout the entire operating range.

  • DME Series

Grundfos Digital Dosing - The DME is the original Digital Dosing pump that represents a major step forward in metering pump technology. Chemical Metering, Precise and easy setting - The operator can easily install and set the pump to discharge exactly the quantity of dosing liquid required in the application. Capacity is read on the digital display in GPH, l/h, or ml/h, while icons are used to identify the operation mode. Unique technology - A microprocessor controlled variable speed brushless DC motor provides precise control of the suction and discharge strokes. This improves handling of viscous fluids and chemicals that off-gas. Rather than traditional stroke length adjustments, the DME always runs at 100 % stroke length. Feed rates are adjusted by controlling the speed of the discharge stroke with a fixed suction stroke speed, resulting in near continuous output as the pump is turned down. Processes: Dosing of biocides and chemicals, belt lubricant for conveyor equipment diverse range of acids, lyes, flocculation and coagulation agents, cationic and anionic polymers, precipitating agents and disinfectants, CIP applications. Applications: Pulp and paper industry, Textile industry, Food and beverage industry, Industrial process water and waste water treatment and Drinking water treatment.
