When performing maintenance practices on your pumps, inspect the pit to ensure that there are no large particles of sand or gravel that are likely to block it. A regular control unit test is also important to ensure that electrical components of your pumps are in good condition.   1. I’m planning to have a sump pump installed in my home’s basement because this may help remove the accumulated water.
