I have ordered Crompton Greaves Mini Shapphire I 1 HP pump, but I have received MINI CREST I,
Seems is it wrong supply, and plumber saying it will not suck water 10ft distance pile, Hence I have applied for replacement.
For filling small 40 litres but it is taking 5 minutes time, municipal pipe line flow is better than Crompton Pump.
Infact it is not sucking water from 10ft, very very poor pumping it is not able to pump water not even to 5 feet height. But on the prodcut booklet they have mentioned up to 60-90 feet it will pump the water.
Bad Name to Crompton Greaves Company.
Kindly look into the issue and resolve at earliest.
Seems it is refurbished pump, impellers might have worn out , pressure is not building up.

Bad and worst product by Crompton pump

Don't buy any Crompton water pump, it's performance is very poor. Efficiency too low. And big problem is every 5min it will stop automatically and again start. - Lesser the time it runs, lesser the Electricity bill.
- It has Thermal protector(not seen on most models at this price range), So it saves huge money when it comes to overheating >> service costs.

The pump got decommissioned very fast, I called crompton customer care , they replaced my pump, I got a new one.. The second pump working good.. probably I didn't connect the first pump properly , wires ....
The 5 star is for Amazon ,or seller or actually Cromptom company, I don't know, you be the judge
